Midweek distractions; we’re getting a winner

I am planning on doing something related to the Sounders, I promise. But for now, distractions.

Edit: Here’s a great article about the spark that is Steve Zakuani, from the always class Pitch Invasion.

Stop by Top Pot Doughnuts in Queen Anne, get some joe and delicious doughnuts, and a chance to win Boca tickets and a signed ball.

Welcome Montreal!

Last weekend, Blaise Nkufo found the best way to say goodbye to his club. Check out the celebrations and interview (the audio is a bit off but it’s still great). *Edit: This is wild!

God I hate this, but Fake Sigi fantastically does some routine bot checks after the Crew got around our new system tweaks.

MLSSoccer.com tries to defend itself.

And here’s your gratuitous gratuity for the week, or whatever it is you call it.

The probably NSFW link of the Playboy ad running the new USMNT kits, that for some reason is attracting a lot of attention negative blogopress.

And of course, if you play on the other team, here’s yours. It’s just soccer players in bright underwear, but I figured someone might appreciate this. Really though, if anyone feels this is unnecessary, just tell me to stop with it. More than happy to. :P

If ever any MLS related website got as much traffic as WOW, I would eat my shorts and take back every mean thing I've ever said about Don Garber's ears.

I mean, if you can get past the MajorLeagueSoccerSoccer...

MLSsoccer thingie seems reasonable. I mean some things just don't work as well as you'd like them to at launch. Take World of Warcraft for instance, great game...too many people signed up and then it was virtually unplayable in the beginning.
